I attended Carleton College for my bachelor's degree in economics. I then earned a master's in business administration in finance supply-chain management. I enjoy connecting with people and helping them learn. I understand that students learn and perceive things in their own unique ways. I figure out how to communicate with students and relate topics to their interests to keep them motivated to learn. I enjoy taking complex ideas and explaining them in ways that are easier to understand. I also enjoy helping students who are not native speakers to improve their learning of subjects. I have had a lot of opportunities to communicate with people overseas during software implementations, and the ability to give clear and concise instruction is imperative.
